6.5 X 6.5 unfinished. 6 X6 finished

Needed :
Black fabric and white fabric - enough to make EIGHT 2.5 inch half square triangles (use whatever system you prefer to make your HST’s)

Red - ONE 2.5 inch square
This block is pretty simple as long as you are careful with the placement and orientation of your HST blocks and the (1) 2.5 square. Use a quarter inch seam for all seams.
Set squares up in rows of three. Sew the squares together then sew the three strips together to form your block.

Putting these blocks together makes a very pretty secondary pattern.
Bring your blocks to the November meeting. You will get a ticket for each block submitted. The drawing will be held at the meeting and you can take them home that night. This would make a great community donation quilt for Hospice or a comfort quilt(s).
