Materials Needed - Background Fabric - Ten 2.5 inch squares One 2.5 x 1.5 rectangle Dog Fabric - Nine 2.5 inch squares One 2.5 x 1.5 rectangle Two 1.5 inch squares Five 2.5 inch HST’s using the background and the dog fabric. |

Make your HST’s. The only fussy part of this block is the dogs neck. Using the BG 2.5 x 1.5 rectangle and the Dog 1.5 inch squares make a flying geese block (see photo). Sew this to the 2.5 x 1.5 dog rectangle | ![]() |
Lay out all your squares according to the photo. Be sure to watch the placement of HST’s and the neck block. Sew in rows then sew the rows together. | ![]() |
