When you have completed filling out your application, a PDF version of the form will be displayed. Please print a copy and either:

    1. Bring it (with your payment...Check or Cash) to any LAP meeting
    2. Send it (with your payment...Check or Cash) to:

Annual membership is from September through August. Dues are $25 for the year and are due no later than the JUNE meeting. New membership applications are accepted year-round as openings become available. Membership dues, after January, are $12.50 for the remainder of the year.
